We are so sorry things didn't work out for you. We accept exchange within (7) days of receipt with your order for items that have not been worn. The date of delivery can be found by using the tracking number that was emailed to you. All items must be in original packaging. You can't exchange any item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. This also includes smell.
