Welcome to Asa Moda. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using our website. 

Handmade Nature of Products

All Asa Moda pieces are hand-dyed and handmade, which means slight variation in color, pattern, or texture may occur. These are not flaws but part of the uniqueness of your item. 

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in dollar currency and are subject to change without notice. 

Payment must be completed at checkout for your order to be processed. 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud)

Shipping

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double check your details before placing your order. 

Shipping times are estimates; delays due to couriers or customs are beyond our control. 

Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges for sizing are accepted within 10 days of delivery (see our Exchange Policy page).

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

Care Instructions 

Customers are responsible for follwoing the Care & Instructions provided. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper care. 

Intellectual Property

All designs, photography, text, logos, and graphics on this site are the property of Asa Moda and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. 

Limitation of Liability 

We are not liable of any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of our products or website. 

Governing Law

These terms shall be goverened by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York/ United States of America.
